SHIPPING

All our products are shipped from Germany and Poland securely with tracking. We offer free shipping for orders over €95 depending on region. No code required. Free shipping is applied at checkout and includes fulfillment.

Free shipping:
Rest of Europe: 3-5 business days
Rest of World: 4-8 business days

UPDATE: Due to exceptionally high order volumes, delivery times may be 2-3 days longer than normal order fulfillment times. We are working hard to get your order out as soon as possible and appreciate your understanding during this busy time.

Once an order has been placed, it is not possible to cancel or adjust it. It may take 2-5 business days for your order to be processed. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email and should receive your order within the timeframes listed below. Please note that delivery times are estimates.
